I’m Takayuki Yamamoto, and I’m excited to connect with you! As a certified personal trainer, kettlebell, barbell, and bodyweight instructor, I’m passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. Originally from Tottori City in Japan—an area known for its beautiful landscapes and quiet, hardworking people—I bring a slice of my hometown’s spirit into everything I do.
I have a deep love for reading, writing, and, of course, working out. But what truly drives me is my insatiable curiosity. I’m always learning and studying, a trait my friends call ‘nerdy ‘.
While I may not be the most outgoing person, I find immense joy in connecting with people, especially when I can be a part of their journey towards better health and fitness.
I often ask, “What can I do for you?” It’s just a little phrase that brightens my day, and I hope it brightens yours, too!
My training philosophy centers around safety. I make it a priority not to get injured. I enjoy participating in CrossFit, powerlifting, and long-distance running events but don’t push myself to the brink where my body can break down. Competing doesn’t earn me a dime, and I have responsibilities. Injuries are not an option for me. That’s why I play it safe – no beast mode- and I take pride in this approach.
