How can I lose fat in my stomach? I am an 18-year-old male, 6’0”, and weighs 197 pounds. I’ve lost over 55 pounds, but my stomach still protrudes. Am I doing something wrong?

Walking played a significant role in my weight loss journey. During my cutting phase to prepare for an SFG kettlebell certification, I walked for about an hour almost every evening after dinner. My mornings were dedicated to workouts, so I spent around 2 to 2.5 hours exercising daily. It was a considerable time commitment, and after passing the certification, I stopped walking and gained a little weight back—just about 5 pounds.
In addition to my exercise routine, I followed a carnivore diet. Reducing my carb intake helped me become leaner.
